1.11 - Modding update out


BitRooms 1.11

Fixed:

Fixed dropped items not being removed when you change the level with sandbox tools.

Fixed bug in which if recipy had more than 1 requirements, only 1 is shown.

Fixed recipy item units requirements (like nails) not taking these units when crafting.



Added/Changed:

Custom items - you can now add melee weapons, firearms, food, "useless" crafting ingredients or your own versions of vanilla special items. You can also make them spawn in crates or vending machines. Check for documentation in the game.

Custom recipes - you can now make custom items to make any items from any items, custom or not.

Changed player movement collision, now player doesn't stop when hitting a wall diagonally.

powerful explosions now damage blocks.

Gunshot damage is now slightly randomized.

Changed item cooldown animation in hotbar (from 1.1 exploit hotfix), now they won't be completely transparent in the start of it.



And other minor improvements/fixes.

This update is really important for the modding system and the potential modding community. However, there may be some bugs, related to not only to gameplay but to the modding system due to its complexity. I didn't find any when testing, but if you do, please tell me.

I'd be more than happy to see people making BitRooms mods, and I hope I'll see some being made soon.
